Shipping policy
We ship to most destinations worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
Free shipping in most countries on orders over $100, a small shipping fee will apply otherwise. Charges for shipping will be shown on the order page during checkout.
Delivery normally takes between 10-15 business days depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
Please Note:
- Most domestic destinations ship via FedEx or USPS services and require a signature upon delivery. Internationally, we use SF, DHL and several other carriers, delivery requirements may vary.
- Express Shipping CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or military address.
- Due to payment authorization restrictions, shipping addresses CANNOT be changed after order is placed and payment is approved.
- The risk of loss and title to the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, pursuant to our shipping contract with our carriers.
- We are NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, email or computer malfunctions or any other causes beyond our control.
- We are NOT responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) So, if there is a tariff because of the relevant policy of the destination country, the buyer will bear the charge.
